What is fitness?

Different people, different purpose to be fit. Setiap orang, berbeza tujuan untuk jadi fit.

Ada yang nak nampak cantik, ada yang nak kurus, ada yang nak nampak tegap, ada yang nak badan besar macam bodybuilder and etc.

Secara umumnya, ramai orang nak jadi fit kerana dua sebab. Untuk penampilan yang menarik (good appearance) dan untuk kesihatan (health).

What's the different being skinny (kurus) and fit?

Terdapat kesilapan dalam pemahaman masyarakat melayu tentang pegertian fit. Bagi ramai orang, fit beerti kurus.

Tetapi sebenarnya, terdapat perbezaan antara kurus dan fit.

Skinny (kurus) is like the picture beside this.


Meanwhile, fit for women actually means, not too skinny and not too fat, have certain percantage of fat and certain muscle.


From my understanding, there are 2 type of fitness for women. One is normal fit and another is more muscular. You can differentiate it by these 2 pictures.




Bila kawan2 aku tau aku pergi gym, ramai yang fikir aku nak jadi bodybuilder. Padahal aku nak jadi fit, to build up body like brad pitt. Nak shape up badan macam celebrity pun perlu pergi gym jugak.

So what's the difference between bodybuilder and fitness (for male)?



Bodybuilder have a huge body, huge muscle that need more discipline and commitment to build it. These are the pictures of pro bodybuilder, jay cutler and ronnie coleman. You can notice how it really different (in term of size) with male celebrities.






While fitness (or athelitic body) means having an average body but have define muscle. This type of body is common among hollywood actors. Some malay actors also have this type of body such as fahrin ahmad and jehan miskin. Same as bodybuilders, to build this type of body, it need training in the gym too.


Introduction..

Health and fitness awareness are very low in malay society.

We, malays usually not concern on exercise, fitness, healthy eating and healthy lifestyle.

With culture of eating unhealthy food like nasi lemak, roti canai, nasi goreng, mee goreng, even make things worse to our health and body.


This blog is created to spread awareness on healthy lifestyle and fitness.



This blog will explain step by step on how to be fit and healthy. It explain on how to build up great body. It will explain on how to shape up body to be like these celebrities.
